Answers:
WHAT,??. NO MORE CURRY, ROTI AND INDIAN SWEETS... ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..nooo. Just make sure you go easy on thursday. ha ha ha .
Eating is fine as long as you are active and drink a lot of fluids. just watch what you eat. Lot of junk food can raise suger levers, sodium levels etc. You are at a low body weight now so even if you put on a few pounds its still ok as long as this "cookie monster" habit doesnt continue toooooo long. Remember that its easy to slowly cut down and control this habit now then trying to loose the weight later, the weight that you gain from over eating now. I dont think you will but just replace this one habit that you feel is sort of bad for you with something else either good or with another productive habit and at the same time cut back on the amount that you are munching on now.. ..later you cute cookie monster :-)

You sound like Mr. Bill.

Eating every hour or so is not bad, but keep a watch on what you eat. Try to drink a glass of water in between, because you may think your hungry, but actually your body needs water. I think we have alot in common! I am 21 yrs old and weigh 85 lbs but I eat ALL the time! I have a really fast metabolism and if I dont I lose weight. I have had alot of medical testing done as well and everything came out fine. I say drink ALOT of water and keep munching on the veggies.nothing wrong with that! I would cut down on the cookies and stuff like that.

i like to drink water thats why i have always water bottles in my hand lolz

Your eating a lot may have something to do with your period. Women are know to have cravings before their period in which case you can eat all you want (unless you feel sick afterward) because after this period of constantly eating will come a period similar in length in which you won`t want to eat anything all day. The body has a way of balancing things. But this may not be the case. So another cause may be the fact that you are simply bored, and have the tendency to eat in order to do something. If you want to quit eating so much I recommend each time you feel the need to eat something to try and find something to do; realize your favorite skirt or shirt needs to be washed, something good is on TV, do something for work in order to get ahead of schedule and get your mind of eating. If you just quit smoking this is a normal reaction since you`re trying to replace a habit with something..and the easiest way is by eating. You might also consider going out for a walk around the neighborhood every time you have a craving or if you have a garden or a yard pick up a book and start reading and get some R&R and you`ll forget all about food. If all this still doesn`t get your mind of food then every time you feel the need to eat, try fruits or vegetables..they won`t make you gain weight and you`ll satisfy your need to eat. Have 3 healthy meals a day and eat fruits and vegetables the rest of the time and you`ll feel just fine. Also you have to take into consideration how much you`ve been working lately, and I don`t mean only phisical work but also learning or your job. If you work a lot or learn a lot your brain consumes a lot of energy and needs to get it back and this may be the cause of your eating too much.
Hope I helped and good luck!
