police test? please help with my sit ups?


Question:
hey everyone.. im about to take the physical part of the baltimore city police test.I have to do 32 sit ups in a minute but im been training myself sense april and my body will not let me do 32 in a minute my back will start hurting and i cant breath right, I have to take the test next saturday some please help me tell me how to breath or how to do it, on the test it says you have interlock your figures behide your head and come up elbows to knees and shoulder all the way to the floor

Answers:
Get a pilate ball and practice with the ball under your back. Try to do at least 20 a night. If you can do 20 crunches on a pilate ball and 10 conventional sit ups you can do 32 sit ups in a minute. the ball will help strengthen your abdominal muscles.
