try putting a cold towel on the back of your neck. I would wet it first then put it in the freezer. When it comes time for bed place in in the back of your neck and let in hang down acroos your shoulders. This should help.
For a back up try placing 2 towels in the freezer so that if you don't fall a sleep right away you can get another towel.

Have a cool shower before going to bed to cool off. Get a fan or air conditioner and have it blowing air across your bed. If your home has a basement it will be naturally cooler there. i dont know if it works the same with girls sorry!

I guess u don have air condition or u don like that. if this is true, u need to get a towel wet and just put few munits on back. after that, put the same towel oppsite side ( cause the other side is hot from ur back) on the forehead and syes. try to sleep. it works good. im an example man.. I have the same problem. When it is so hot during the night, it is hard to find sleep. There are a few things one can do, but people react differently to them. For me works a lukewarm bath before going to bed, which reduces the body temperature and takes off some of the heat pressure. I also eat an apple and drink a small cup of chocolate.
And if all that is not enough, try some meditation.
