sweety i have seen numerous of ur questions u need to some help with ur medications

You need to talk to a doctor or a pharmacist about your medications. In my nursing drug book, it does state that lithium and effexor xr should be use together with caution. Rule of thumb they teach us in nursing school, whatever the med is being given for is also a side-effect along with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation.
As for the lithium, has the MD drawn blood regularly to make sure your lithium levels are therapeutic?

A Dr. cant get you the RIGHT MEDICATIONS unless you tell him what youre already taking. It also helps to see the same DR. There is a good chance they are cancelling one another out.
