You may have a benign condition of the breast that causes fluid- fibrocystic changes. It is also possible you have a small pituitary gland tumor, especially if the fluid looks like milk. A simple blood test - Prolactin level- may tell. If it is elevated, an MRI of the pituitary should be done.

see your doctor for blood tests (prolactin level) also need to have an MRI of your pituitary gland to rule out a tumor.
