Many women are anemic and don't realize it. They avoid red meat and don't eat much otherwise, and therefore are deprived of the iron they need. Have your blood checked at your next exam, in the meantime get some iron supplements and try adding iron to your diet. Since iron can be irritating to the GI system, start with just one tablet a day for the first week, then up to 2 a day (with meals). Hope that helps!
Other Answers:
get moving early in the morning when you get up (exercise), that can set up your whole day.
Get your sugar levels tested you could possibly be a diabetic. I did the same thing about 2 years ago, was tired no matter what I did and found out I am now a diabetic. All I had to do was cut out sugar and a lot of carbs in my diet.
The answer is STRESS!
Try to relax mentally and also try to work out it helps a lot or you you can be pregnant(kidding).
Have your thyroid checked. Your thyroid gland is a gland that essentially controls your metabolism. Many women have hypothyroidism and don't know it. Other symptoms can include dry skin, feeling cold, depression, and irregularity to name a few.
It's a simple blood test. You should have your doctor test your T-4, T-3, and THS. If they find anything, you would be prescribed a thyroid replacement such as synthroid. It sometimes takes a bit of tweaking to get the dose right, but it can make a huge difference!
Hope you feel better soon!
Much depends on when you are tired. I am usually tired a week before my period. If that's not the case then maybe you should schedule a check up with your doctor.
you should talk to your doctor about this it could be something simple but you never know. start taking a complete vitamin and mineral every morning and after a day or two you will notice a difference. also if you set your alarm and get up at the same time everyday, even on the weekends this will really help. this was proven in a clinical study to keep people from feeling so tired. get yourself on a good schedule and stick to it. avoid caffeine it will only cause sleep loss and avoid sugar which causes an drop at the end of its "high". you will only feel tired afterwards. also try walking in the mornings male this part of your daily routine . good luck and i hope you feel enegetic soon.
I actually had this very same problem. My doctor suggested a daily vitamin and B vitamins for energy and a daily excersize routine. it has helped tremendously.. Our bodies tend to get tired due to just daily activity and it needs a little refreshment now and again.
