Try having her get in a squatting position and push with her muscles to get it to come down. Then try to locate it with her your finger! if shes sure its still in there and you can not get it out. She really should g oto the ER and have them remove. She can develope a serious condition called Toxic shock Syndron if its left there very long. And make sure she does get it out the ER sees it all shes not the first person this has happened to nor will she be the last. It happens alot.

If it is inside, maybe you should seek medical help if you cannot locate it. If it remains in her body too long she can develop toxic shock syndrome. relax use a finger to locate the string and if thats not got it then use a hand we can put one in a finger at a time and then the tampon should drop into the hand just use a lube and time to relax her and as its in a nice way add some tongue

If you mean in her - she will have to reach way up in there and feel for the string. It can not go into her body the uterus will stop it, so she should be able to find it.
