I am 7 weeks late on my period.help?
Question:

It could be something more serious than a pregnancy. Sometimes an ovarian cyst can cause you to not be getting your period. I reccommend going to the Doctor. They can give you a pregnancy test and if its negative there, they can do like, an ultrasound and see if theres something in your ovaries thats causing you to not be getting your period. Dont wait any longer to see a doctor! 7 weeks is plenty of time to know something is wierd.

you could just be irregular but i'd definately do to the doctor's on the low. you could be preg or be seriously ill. good luck.
you might jus b havin` problems, go to your doctor. sometimes the tests arent right so get another one
yes, the tests could have expired (check the date) try a different brand, but primarily.use the first pee of the morning.it is more concentrated and you are best likely to get a response.
the other things that can delay a period are stressors.maybe you have too much stress about your intercourse session (worried, not good, wrong guy, he dumped you, too young, worried mom will find you, he told all his friends..the list goes on and on)
if you are still concerned, go to the health department and ask for a serum hcg.
Schedule an apointment with a docotor- weather test is +/- there is still a reason your period is late. you will rest easier once you know why
If you have been very active in an athletic type of way that could be the reason, but you should probably check with your Dr.
If you're worried about talking to a parent about this, at least schedule an appt with Planned Parenthood. Get on the pill or another form of birth control. It will regulate your periods AND, if you're having sex anyway, you should be using that AND condoms. Niether are 100%.
go to the dr. there is false negatives. or it could just be stress. but anyway you need medical attention
You should schedule an appointment with your doctor. When I was 13 I started my cycle, I am 28 now, and only in the past two years has my cycle started to regulate itself. For all the years before that I was lucky to get my cycle four times a year, and some years only two. My doctor examined me and determined it was just how my body worked. But we later found out after I lost 30 pounds, that is was that I was over weight, a lot over weight, I have since lost 40 more pounds, and this has helped a lot. Get it checked out, it is not uncommon for many women to miss their cycles by 8 weeks or less, if more than that, it is very important to be looked at. If you are sexually active, then yes, there is always the chance of prenancy, no matter what the at home tests tell you. If you find yourself to not be pregnant, please take this as a warning, and sit down with yourself and ask yourself what you really want out of life. If graduating highschool young and carefree, you might want to put off being intimate until you are able to handle all the circumstances that result from it.
