I'm not a nutritionist, but if you want to lose wt & do it healthy & with less risk of having it come back, decrease the portion amt, eat 3 meals a day evenly spaced & get plenty of exercise. Eat from the 4 basic food groups, breads & cereals, fruits, vegetables and meat. I'm guessing 1500 calories daily for your age. Drink plenty of water & stay away from soda & fruit drinks, candy, chips, etc.
