It's never too late to do any exercise.
However, you should know that things may not go back to 100% after the birth of a child, especially if this is a second or third birth. Also as we age our bodies don't respond the same way as before. So be patient, wear a pantiliner and exercise. Depending on how long ago you had your baby (6 months or more), you may start to see some improvement as the balance of hormones in your body equilibrates.
