I know, they are ugly and disgusting blimishes often poping up at the least convinient time.There are a lot of good products out there for zits. But as with anything else some people have more problem with the issue than others. Cleaning is always a good thing. If you pop the zit it may or may not cause problems later on in life. The only advise I can give is from my expereince with my son. Soap and water and a lot of oxypads every day, this should keep most of those blemishes away.

well i have been told to leave them alone, cause if you pop them it could get an infection or leave an acne scar and that wont be to pretty

I'm not a dermatologist but when it comes time I pop it and let the pus out because there's too much pain and pressure if I don't. I immediately wash it and try my hardest not to touch it. Don't pick at it anymore and it should be fine. If you just gotta pop a zit you should wash your hands and your face throroughly FIRST so that you won't get any bacteria in it. I understand, even though your not suppose to touch it sometimes you just gotta.
