do abortion pills affect a womens womb?

Question:

Answers:
Yes. The abortion pill (commonly known as RU-486) works against a pregnancy hormone called progesterone. This causes the placenta to break down, cutting off nourishment to the child and causing him or her to starve to death inside his mother's womb. Bleeding can be severe and infections can result. Women have died from RU-486 abortions. See http://www.lifeissues.org/ru486/deaths.htm and

Serendipity's post is not correct. Pregnancy begins at fertilization, not at implantation. By the time the baby implants in the womb, he or she is 7-10 days old. Just three weeks after fertilization, the child's heart is already beating.

they affect the entire system!
Of course they do, otherwise they wouldn't work. If you mean, "Do they have long term effects on the womb?" Then the answer is research hasn't shown any so far.
No they don't. They are not actually inducing abortion, they hormonally prevent conception and implantation. therefor there is no traumatic effects, as can result from actual abortion. There are no after effects, fortunately.
