Cellulite?

Hello! What can I do best against cellulite?
I need your advice, please help and tell me what's the best strategy to follow!

1.Don't stay seated for long period of time.When you stay seated for too long,the blood circulation in your hips gets slow and this is the biggest thing that causes cellulite.
2.Don't wear too tight clothes(especially jeans trousers) these will cause the same effect on the blood circulation!!
3.Avoid consuming sugar as much as possbile.
*Sugar is stocked as cellulite.
*Cellulite can also be formed because of inbalance in the thiroid hormons.
*An inbalance of female hormon can also cause cellulite.

4.Avoid consuming much of caffeine(coke,coffee etc.) use decaf drinks.
5.Another very useful thing is regular massage!!This really helps as we already know blood circulation in the hip area is very important for fighting cellulite.You can find very simple gadgets to massage your upper legs and hip on your own.There are products in the market (either automatic or manual ones)designed especially for that.
6.Using anti-cellulite creams 4 times a year along with the things I have listed above will help aswell.
7.Sports.(running,fast walking and jym)

Running! Cellulite chases women! Run for your legs! dry brushing is the best as it circulates the fat bubbles which is what cellulite is under your skin .
use circular motions with a brush every day .
if you go to body shop they have the brushes and creams and will advice you how to use them to the max of their ability .


best thing 4 cellulite is water and lots of it ..exercise and also to dry brush it as it breakes down the fat cells that are the cellulite
