Do you mean your vaginal discharge is like cottage cheese? If so, that is definitely a sign of an infection, and the fact that you're itchy just makes me think moreso that you have an infection. It is a yeast infection and you need to go to a doctor for futher treatments depending on the amount. Hope it clears soon, if you sleep with anyone you can spread it and get it agian and again.
