or soak in a tub for a while and take some advil. i hear that if you move around it stretches them out so teu arent as sore. sitting around maes it worse because they arent working and stretching out! Happy soaking!

Massage them, and maybe a warm compress, on for 20 minutes, off for 20 minutes, and repeat for an hour every couple of hours.
take 2 baby aspirin the night before.
or go to a sauna and strech before and after for 15 minutes.
warm baths with epsom salt really helps me, and bengay and also try to massage the areas. heating pad take an asprin, elevate your legs, go for a walk or even a very very slow run. Stretching and massage can help too. Be sure to keep drinking enough water too..
