Question:

Answers:
a multi vitamin is a concoction of stuff designed to aide most people in their day-to-day lives. It would have a little of most things in it (ie. iron, zinc, calcium, vitamins A, B, C & K, magnesium etc. etc.), and it would be suitable for most ppeople over the age of about 18.

a prenatal vitamin is specifically designed and targetted at pregenant (or soon to be pregnant) women. It would contains heaps of calcium, iron, folate and vitamin c (all good stuff that pregnant women should increase their intake of). It would only really be of assistance to pregnant women.
...one is for prego women and one is for old people
