someone please help this is really fustrating me?

i lost my insurance card, and i need to order a new on but on there website it keeps saying, if you need a new card, please call the toll free number on the back of your card. OK?! how can i get the number if i don't have the card. So can someone give me the toll free number please?? there was a number on there website and it was not toll free and they put me on hold for 10 minutes

Either contact your benefits department at work, a coworker, or just go to their members page below.

From there, you can request a new card.

If you called from your cell phone in the last x months or so, you might also check your phone bill for the phone number since you should have a record of your calls, but I'd use one of the other routes first.
