during a hysterectomy the doc takes out the uterus the passage from the vagina to the uterus is sealed off by the cervix the servix is only dialated during late pregnancy labor and delivery so just like during sex what goes in must come out semen can be absorbed into the vaginal walls but eventually it does come back out because it has no passage to go through to fertilize an egg it passes back out the vagina. great question

Good question! I have no clue. But I will keep looking at the answers you get. Well the Dr's "seal" off the Vagina, else if the seaman could got into her internal organs it means the organs could come out.
The seaman stays in the vagina. It has nowhere to go but right back out.
