How can you tell if someone is using birth control?

My wife and I have agreed not to have childrun right now but I get the feeling she has stop using her birth control. I thing she takes the pill or gets that shot every 3 months. Thanks for your help.

Sounds like you have some communication problems. And if you believe your wife is lying to you then you have a much bigger problem than birth control. Maybe during this time you can take some responsibility for the birth control by donning a condom. Of course this will send a message to your wife that you don't trust her. Maybe you should consider counseling. Marriage is about being open and honest.
