Does weight training increase visibility of veins?

Question:
I've been weight training at gym for 3 mos and just noticed that I have blue veins closer to surface of skin in shoulder/chest area than previously. Is this normal?

Answers:
Yes.you have to remember that you are turning fat into muscle and you're going to see veins that were hiding.
(Even if you didn't have that much to turn into muscle!)

Other Answers:
Weight training enlarges veins and arteries. It can also reduce fat. Yes it makes them show.

It does, but your body fat precntage has to be low enough to see more.
