my niece has had her period on and off this week and shes cramping again?

Question:

the first time she was on it for 3 days, then off for like 10 hrs, then back on for 4 hours, then 1 day and a half and bled for a couple of hours and she was off again. Now she said she is cramping again. The cramps feel like she is going to drop a clot. sry to be so gross, i don't know how to word it. She says she pretty sure she is not preg.

She needs to go have a pelvic, or be seen by the OBGYN.

wow. how old is she? if shes young in her teens...its really normal to b irregular. dont freak and reassure her. if she gets REALLY nervous..u can ask a doctor..but tell her its normal to be irregular and stuff.
