has anyone ever tried a water hose dush(not sure of the spelling)?
if so does it work, advantages and disadvantages please,

Yes I have heard of them and I advice you not to use one!! Your vagina is designed to clean it's self that is why you have vaginal discharge. If you shove water or soap up there you are going to change the natural ph balance and can end up doing more harm then good. ie thrush and bacterial vaginosis. Both are not too nice and they can be caused by using such devices. If you wash regular down there you should not need to use anything else.

it is good and healthy either for your vagina or anal. It cleans and relax you.
