Question: Hi! I have a question. I am "Levora" and I would like to know if I could get pregnant on the "placebo pills" on the fourth week. I have been taking the pills on time with NO missed days. My boyfriend and I have sex regularly and I want to make sure that I am ok. Should I be concerned? Thanks. Donna

The placebo pills are meant to be taken during the time that you should be having your menstrual cycle. You don't actually have to take them, they're only there to keep you in the habit of taking a pill every day.

If you skip the placebo tablets and continue with your next cycle of pills, the hormone levels stay at a level inside you that prevent you from having a normal menstrual cycle.
