i think it's normal i get crampy too before i get mine. My sister in laws the same way only she gets sick before she gets hers. But everything should be fine but if your worried about just have a check up with your doctor. no.go see a doctor.It could be anything.And it's best to know what it is and make it stop and live a normal life.
menstrual cramps are caused by contractions of the uterus as it expels its unneeded contents, and also the by the passage of clotted blood through the cervix. 2 weeks prior could be something else.
