My friend get bumps on her bikini area when she shaves... how can she stop it?

Question:

Answers:
1.) Moisturize the area before shaving with a lotion
2.) Soak in the tub to soften the surrounding skin so it isnt as dry and rough
3.)Shave in the direction of the skin
4.) Use a postshaving gel/lotion it will get rid of or supress the razor burn.
Sounds like a long process but it saves you from the embarassment of unsightly bumps and itching

Other Answers:
Warm wash rag
There is a special lidocaine gel that you can use before you shave that comes in a kit over the counter that will help reduce these.
Try waxing the area as well.
1. Shave in the direction the hair grows, not up.
2. Use aftershave to stop the razor bumps.
3. WAX.
I use to get bumps too, but if she shaves after she showers or either in the shower, she shouldn't get bumps. When you wet the hair down there, it becomes softer, and it's easier to shave so it reduces cuts and bumps big time.
I suggest waxing it is much better more expensive but better, also there is stuff u could buy for raisor bumps.
sounds crazy, but rub it with one stroke of an antiperspirant/deodorant stick right after shaving. Works!!!!1
tell her to try using alcohol preps
