I'm sorry but there is no quicker way to make your period go by faster but you can take birth control pills to make fewer periods per year (4) you shouldnt let that stop you just wear tampons or pads WITH WINGS and go have some phone
just make sure you change more often if you are going to been in water alot
P.S instead of a bathing suit you can get like a 2 piece set that covers your stomach and has a bottom like a mini skirt
P.S.2 Peanut Butter, Bananas, Midol, and Ice Cream will help the craps and bloating
you can try taking birth control pills, they not only keep you form getting pregnant, but you will have 4 periods a year, and they even out your period as well. but you cant make it go away faster... wear a tampon, and take some midol.
FOR ME EVERY TIME I SWAM IT STOPPED LET NATURE TAKE IT"S COURSE YOU"LL BE BETTER OFF
There is a process called menstrual extraction, and you might find a way to do that listed on the Internet (google it) but I'm not sure it is a safe practice for someone who doesn't know what they are doing (and I've never met someone who has tried it).
If you were on the pill, you could have just taken it straight through and skipped your period, but too late now for that. Hopefully you'll feel better in a day or two. Drink lots of water to get rid of the bloat!
if you are on birth control you can start a new cycle....i always do this when I am going to vacation...it makes you skip that weeks period...
Just start taking birth control pills...it should take it away (my friend takes 2 in order to really stop hers but i don't know if i would recommend that)
if you can take depoprevera it will get rid of your period when taken properly
i hate peroids they ruin peoples life.!!!
You can take Midol and other over-the-counter medicine for the cramps and bloating. The only thing proven to shorten a woman's cycle is the birth control pill. Most women on birth control have a noticeably short cycle than women who are not on birth control. If you have an unusually long or painful cycle talk to your doctor to see what may be prescribed to help.
If you've got birth control pills start taking the active ones straight away. If not, use tampons the whole time, changing them often. This kind of draws the blood out, rather than waiting for it to come out naturally and therefore speeds it up a bit. Hope this helps you. The cramps, have a good amount of chocolate and cocktails, oh and some panadol, not at the same time of course! I'm sure you'll soon forget about being cramped and bloated when you get the the beautiful Bahamas, you lucky girl, have a fantastic time!!
I think your out of luck this time... but you should look into the pill for the future. I take mine on the continuos cycle. I skip the last week of "sugar pills" and jump right into the next pack. My Dr says I should let my self have a period every 3 months. But if I have vacation or something I just do an extra month. They even have birth control pills now that are specifically designed for shorter/less often periods. Just go to your gynecologist and see what's best for you!
well my mom tells me to take pms med. right b4 u go to bed and it will last only about 2 to 3 days...........i hope that helps
