Sex question..a mature one.?
Question:
Any advice? How do I get rid of this feeling that its falling?
Answers:
Try a warm bath and an over the counter NSAID (like Aleve or Motrin). Best of luck and congrats on the marriage.
This is called "honeymoon cysitis" and lots of sex. Drink lots and lots of water and pee before and after sex. This will keep you from getting a UTI which is common in newelywed women.

Lay off the "Activity" or at least not SO much.you'll be fine. Just time usually. Pain killers will help if it's really sore, but a few days off will work wonders. Try some pelvic floor exercises when you're felling better, just to tighten up all around there, may help the 'falling out' feeling and certainly helps sex feel better for both of you. Also next time use plenty of lubricant, can be fun and certainly pays off the next day!
Time is the healer, the feeling will surely go away, its just because you've put yourself on overdrive against the limits of nature.
My advice is to take it easy, you have all the time in the world to enjoy each other.
Take it easy, tell that also to your husband
