Use a pumice stone in the shower and then slather a thick lotion like "Neutrogena's Hand Cream" on and put socks or gloves on overnight. Works everytime.

DUH! I swear by any St.Ives lotions!! They work awesome! Use them once or twice a day, especially after you shower.

Also, Olay Quench works good too!
