If depression is caused by a low count of dopamine and norepinepherine. How do you balance without meds?

Anyone have experience is lowering your depression without meds? If so how?

I also have chronic depression and I don't agree with taking meds. Regular exercise seems to help, as long as I keep doing it. And getting out of the house. My problem is that I tend to isolate myself and stay in the house away from people. Regular excercise and regular, low-level social interaction seems to lower depression.

yes. take a multivitamin with one extra B6 everyday. B6 is a proven antidepressant. Regular exercise is a seratonin booster too. If you smoke or drink alcohol, stopping those two things will make the biggest impact.
