a little embarrassing....girlie issue?

Question: I have a yeast infection....the problem is that this is the second time in a month. I'm asking this because I used to never get them. I'm 29 and before this, I only have had 2 in my lifetime.....what's going on??? I'm not on antibiotics or birth control....Any ideas?...

I'm assuming you've seen a doctor. If you can, I would do that.

A yeast infection can be caused by a number of things. Too much sugar in your diet, wearing non-cotton underwear, wearing underwear too tight. Only a doctor can adequately diagnosis and treat your specific yeast infections, and if you've had two in a month you really need to go see a doctor.
