what causes heavy period(just wemon answer please)?

i had a misscarrage 3 months ago and my periods have been really heavy since should i see a doctor

Answers:
I think you should just to put your mind at rest sweetie . There are a few things that could cause it , fibroids, if you have the coil fitted, if you have changed pills. They may need to do a D and C to stop you bleeding so much. My cousin had to have one when she was bleeding really heavily. Big hugs to you x.
