Though the research isn't conclusive, it makes sense to cut back if you're downing more than three cups of coffee or more than 300 mg a day from all sources — sodas, tea, coffee, and chocolate — combined.

Coca-cola is not good for you even if you're not pregnant. The best thing to drink is water, juices, tea, etc. Try to stay away from the caffeine, if at all possible. Coca-cola has been known to be really bad for the digestive tract, as well, not just b/c of the bad caffeine side effects.
I've never heard anything bad about it regarding pregnancy. However soda is not a good beverage to drink in general. It contains high fructose corn syrup and caffeine. Drink water or seltzer.
If it's worth questioning, it's not worth the risk. Your baby's more important than some drink. It can also lead to unneccessary weight gain while pregnant, on top of the natural amount of weight gained and I found out that you shouldn't brush your teeth after drinking coke, as coke makes your enamel soften and brushing your teeth at that time depletes it. My final word: Don't risk it! It's not healthy anyway. It's only good if you're going diarrhoea.
I had one cola a week but a friend of mine said that her OBGYN said that one a day is ok.
If it's just one can a day, it should be fine. When I was pregnant I cut all caffeine, alcohol and I quit smoking just because I wanted a very healthy baby. There's so many additives in foods now adays and children seem to be born with so many illnesses that I think it's really up to the mother what she eats and drinks. The healthier the better. Drink lots of orange juice. No tuna at all.
Coke contains phosphoric acid which removes calcium from your bones. Since bones can become less dense during pregnancy anyway, you'd best stop drinking the stuff.
