Don't worry at all. It's not NEARLY as bad as I heard it would be. They just check up on a few different things than they do when you were younger. Like tumors in ovaries...that kind of stuff. Don't be nervous. Just remember, the doctor has seen EVERYTHING! It's like brushing his/her teeth. You'll be fine!!!! I promise. I made it and I was so nervous. It wasn't bad at all! :-)

I heard that its you basic physical.....and they have to check you down there, so they take a scraping of you inside of your (you know). This is routine to check for any type of sexual disease.

If u dont want to go, then dont go. Its a pretty worthless series of tests that may make u uncomfertable.

if its just the routine physical, i think all they do different is check to see that you're developing properly. like, if you are developing breasts, and if you have pupic hair. when i had mine a couple years ago, it wasn't weird at all. the doctor isn't scary. if you don't have a female doctor and would be more comfortable with one, say so.

2. The basics. . .your height, weight, temp, vitals. . . Shots if you need them.

3. Yes, the Doctor will have to look at your "private parts" to make sure that everything is ok down there. But your parent will be in the room with you.

4. The Doctor is there to answer any questions or concerns you have about your body. . .

5. You're done. . .It's that easy

Oh, some doctors do routine blood/urine labs. . . You may have to have that performed. . .
