Should a woman workout if she thinks she might be pregnant?

I normally work out 5 days a week (cardio)

Keep working out I stopped and it was a big mistake got back in shape though but it took awhile just talk to your doctor if he says it's okay go ahead

If you have been doing it keep doing it. It will make labor easier if you are in shape
yes,,just not as hard a workout as normal, think yoga. Once you stop, it takes a very long time to get back into it, especially with a newborn.
