Breast size is determined by genetics. You have no control over that except to get pregnant and breast feed your baby or get breast enhancement surgery. Since you did not mention your age, if you are young say, teens, then you will grow. If you're older then what there is happens to be it, unless the above occurs. Sorry but them's the options.

It's all genetics, and some girls get the combination that make the smaller size.
I wouldn't worry about it as the trend is that most guys do NOT like the huge ones.
Personally I like the smaller ones. You just have to remember that they will not always be that cute perky way that you want them to be...

It depends, if you are skinny you won't have them because they are fat. I was always 100 pounds so you can imagine. I had nothing. So I had to go buy mine and Im happy I did :)
