Women help...?
Question:
I REALLY don't want to get my period while I'm on the seaside.
Is there a way to "provoke" period and get it earlier? That would be really nice for me,because then I could just get it over with and be sure that I wouldn't get it while I'm on holiday. ( :
I do NOT want any pills or something like that.Actually, just say anything that can help, and I will see what is suitable for me.Thank you very much!

Answers:
The only real way is to regulate your cycle. It appears that you're somewhat irregular. So, the only answer is to get on BC pills to do what you are asking. Even mild pills will help regulate your periods. Any over the counter product will more than likely be a waste of money and effort. Short of going to your doctor, go on holiday and enjoy yourself, regardless. Ok it's an inconvenience but so what. It happens to the best of us. If you want to go in the water try tampons. If you were expecting to have sex, well, that's something else. Still, go and enjoy yourself. Life's to short to be worried about the little things.

I know you said you didn't want to take pills, but honestly that's the only solution I know of. I had the exact same problem, and that was the only thing that cleared it up. But, whenever I'm not on the pills it happens again.
no guarantees, but a suggestion to regulate your cycle a bit more is yams - they're full of natural estrogens which can help "provoke" your cycle, but more likely make it more regular and predictable which is a lot easier to live with
the only way is to talk to your doctor.
