1) Drink lots of fluids - this helps everything to do with PMS, it seems.
2) Wear a supportive bra - if you have a sports bra and it holds you up, wear that if it's the one that works.
3)Try to cut down on caffeine - it can trigger PMS symptoms, most commonly headaches but sometimes other aches and pains as well.

Try something simple... like Advil, Tylenol, Aleve. Mine usually get pretty sore, and I've noticed that the Extra Strength Tylenol helps out.
