breast tissue doesn't have any muscle in it.. mostly connective tissue and fatty tissue, so exercise can't have a direct influence on the firmness of your breast. However, if you work our your pectorals, you can inprove the structure of the underlying muscles below the breast tissue and THAT might have some effect on making the breasts look more uplifted.

Also general upper body workouts will improve posture which will help you puch your chest out more.. and give the impression of a bigger bustline too.
