Is doing 50 situps a night enough to lose my stomach?


Question:
I do 50 situps( everyday) & ride the bike at the fitness ctr ( for 30 min 3 times a wk)Is that enough for me to lose my stomach. I'm also watching what I'm eating.

Lose your Stomache ?? Don't you need it for when you eat ?? ; )

It is Imposible to lose fat from a specific part of your body. When you lose weight, fat is removed from your entire body in thin layers. Some parts of your body may loss it faster than others... your brain decides that.

Sounds like your doing some of the right things... are you burning more calories than your eating ?? Eat about 1,400 calories for weight loss... starving yourself will cause you to not lose. Drink only water... maybe some milk and OJ. Non of all the other sugar drinks.
