Singulair/montelukast sodium is an antiasthmatic which is used for asthma, seasonal allergies, and preventing exercise-induced bronchospasm. Basically, it improves breathing.
Side effects include headache, dizziness, fatigue, fever, nasal congestion, abdominal pain, painful urination, cough, rash.
