You should not use more than 4mg of Copper a day in total. Also with Zinc you must be mindful:DO NOT use more than 100 MG of Zinc because this after 10 straight days will depress the Immune System. A good safe ammount for women is 15-30 mg a day with 1-2 mg of copper. For Men 30-50 mg a day with 2-4mg of copper. Why slightly more for Men because Zinc is a chief factor in Testosterone production.And in general 100 other enzymes in the bodies of male and female need Zinc.
