Is there a reason (possibly hormonal?) that an adult female would not grow any hair under her arms?

underarm hair growth comes naturally with harmones in boys and girls and grow at its own rate depending on those harmones and family history. i believe the more testosterone in the system, the more hair growth, even in girls and women. anyway, i did read a web page about Hypopituitarism. lack of certain harmones that cause this problem.
