Question:

i'm always sooooo embarassed because i sweat a lot under my arms, i don't know y cause i'm not hot at all but i always manage to leave a sweat stain on my shirt. please give me tips for what i should do so that i don't have sweat stains on my clothes, please don't say "go to doctor" or "overactive sweat glands" just give me some useful tips please.

Use anti-perspirant? Wear two shirts, like a white T under whatever shirt you are wearing.

A friend of mine has this problem. She swears by Mitchem deoderant. You have to use it for 2 or 3 weeks and the build up stops the sweating. Try it you have nothing to lose but a few dollars.
