my face is darker in some areas like my forehead and upperlip and normal everywhere else i tried neutrogena and clearisil but it doesn't work.

The dark spots form where the sun is most intense. First, wear tons of sun-block. Second, wash your face with a cleanser that has exfoliants in it. Try Neutrogena Visibly Even Cleanser. If you have already tried Neutrogena's Visibly Even and that hasn't worked, there are products that you can buy that have skin lighteners in them. Go to www.sephora.com and type in "skin lighteners" in the search box. You should get some good results but those products aren't cheap
