You should weigh about 56 pounds. If you weigh more than that you are FAT. I would consider throwing up after you eat, or starving yourself.
There are guidelines given you should strive for but if all the work in the world doesn't allow you to reach the goal you weren't meant to weight that amount. My girlfriend is a little heavy for her height and it's not just in my eyes but she's very beautiful. I saw a woman at my local club who had just gotten married who is also beautiful but I doubt meets guidelines. Dress beautifully and carry yourself with pride, you'll do youirself a big favor.

When you are at a weight where you are lean, and tone with little cellulite packets, (i.e. love handles, fatty triceps, cottage cheese thighs) you will be at an attractive enough weight to remain healthy. The biggest thing is health, and cosmetics can be compromised, but if you think you are attractive at a certain weight, then chances are you will be at a healthy weight as well. For your height and age, I personally feel 125 pounds would be ideal. Remember to excercise too because weight is nothing when you are sagging and flabby. Keep a healthy sized bossom and firm derrier, with a sleek stomach. A little baby fat can be cute on a young girl as well. All in all, it depends on your frame.

For a small frame you should be 108-121 lbs
For a medium frame you should be 118-132 lbs
For a large frame you should be 128-143 lbs

I don't how large your frame could be, but 143 sounds pretty hefty.
