start shaking, which embaress me & am 30 years old woman
whats wrong with me ?what i have to do?

could be a pinched nerve some where in your back...sometimes you don't even feel it in your back, but it shows symptoms other places in your body..if that is the case there is a simple exercises..stand with there legs apart, hands on hips, and lean back as far as you can and hold it..then do this again several times a day...there could also be some other underlining problem that you don't know about..but nerves and anxiety and a pinched nerve some where is your most logical choice.

If these shakes are the only complaint and happens only when you are tense or feeling nervous then just do not worry but if you have any other problem associated with it like weakness then you must consult a doctor with intrest in Neurology.

my grandma has that. both her hands shake and she cant really control it. its an untreatable disease.
