This question is for people who've dieted and exercised and had results.?

Question:
I walk 8 miles a day and eat small portions of food that don't have a lot of carbs., sugars, or calories and I've been doing it for about 3 weeks and haven't lost any weight which isn't too important but I've only lost 1/2 an inch on my waist. So I want to know what you or someone you know have done to lose weight that got you more results in 3 weeks than what I have gotten.

What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and what kinds of exercises did you do that worked?

Answers:
The exercise plan that I am currently own and have seen great results from is the ABS diet plan. I workout 4-5 days out of the week combining strength and cardio. Mon,Wed,Fri., I do strength training in conjunction with working my abs, in which I only work out 2 days out of the week. On Tues & Thurs. I either jog or powerwalk. I eat 6 mini meals.
Breakfast: Organic(Kashi cereals) w/light vanilla soymilk
midmorning snack: almonds or fruit
lunch:grilled w/lettuce and tomatoes on whole wheat bread w/oil & vinegar
midmorning snack: whole wheat crackers (Kashi)
Dinner: Lrg Grilled chicked salad made with romaine lettuce, feta cheese, chick peas, kidney beans, and light balsmic vinigrette dressing or brown rice w/ mixed vegetables and grilled chicken.

Other Answers:
Everyone's body reacts differently but are you brisk walking or casually walking? Only brisk walking or some other intense cardio workout will give you faster results. Doing cardio first thing in the morning is the best. Not eating after 7 worked for me. Try to eat more protein than carbs. Breakfast - egg whites with turkey kielbasa; oatmeal with wheat toast and peanut butter; french toast made with wheat bread, egg whites and soy milk using jam instead of syrup with blueberries; lowfat Bisquick pancakes made with soy milk and blueberries. Lunch - homemade spaghetti using very lean ground beef and wheat pasta; homemade turkey burgers with wheat bread and sometimes with no bread; baked chicken breast with white rice or vegetables; bright green salad with chicken or tuna and a light or fat free dressing. Dinner - protein shake or a protein bar

If you ready for diet there two form of dieting-The rich man diet and the poor man diet ,why?
If you are rich you can buy all the healthy diet food it will cost a bomb.
If you are poor, simple hunger strike.
No matter how much you excercise, without cutting down food is is still the same, diet is the worst form of practice, mental torture...
