how long should it take for my period to start?

Question: i have endometreosis, so my dr put me on medication to put me through a temporary menopause, i had my last injection (it lasts for a month) in april but still have not had a period, has anyone else had any experience of these injections?. Do you know how long it will take my period to start

If its the hormone inj depo-prevera it takes a while for the periods to return to normal in some cases 6 months to a year..

i was on the depo for just about 6 months and i had a period after stopping it 6 weeks later it depends on you

Your body is adjusting and the injections can take a little time to to be completely out of your system. It may take another month or two, but as your worried i would certainly speak the doctor just to be reassured.
