how long should it take for my period to start?

i have endometreosis, so my dr put me on medication to put me through a temporary menopause, i had my last injection (it lasts for a month) in april but still have not had a period, has anyone else had any experience of these injections?. Do you know how long it will take my period to start

What injection is this? what is it called?

If its the hormone inj depo-prevera it takes a while for the periods to return to normal in some cases 6 months to a year..

i was on the depo for just about 6 months and i had a period after stopping it 6 weeks later it depends on you

Your body is adjusting and the injections can take a little time to to be completely out of your system. It may take another month or two, but as your worried i would certainly speak the doctor just to be reassured.
