Watch what you eat and excercise during and after pregnancy.
CANT TOO HARD ULL GAIN MORE THEN THAT SRRY
yes actually it may even be safe for an obese person to loose weight durring pregnancy.
Food = Fuel

work it out
BY HAVING A MIDGET
ALL I CRAVED WAS WATERMELON WITH MY 2ND CHILD. THE 1ST TIME I ATE EVERYTHING AND GAINED OVER 60LBS. BUT ON THE WATERMELON KICK I ONLY GAINED 13LBS THE WHOLE PREGANCY
This isn't healthy for a baby. The needed weight gain is 30 pounds. But for someone overweight, if they are losing weight through exercize, yet still eating enough for the baby, I suppose it would be possible.
The day i went into labor i was 10 lbs lightier than the day i went for my first check up. I had severe morning sickness. i couldnt keep anything down.
well, my friend that is obese was told to only gain 10 and she did it. I think she just watched how much she ate and threw all the junk food out. To my recollection, she lost 10 pounds at the beginning, so she actually had 25 lbs to "spare"....

Just make sure you get out and walk. That helps burn some of the calories and you will burn more with child growing inside of you.
Unless you are very over weight this is an unhealthy thing to do. Excercice NO MATTER how sick you feel and eat helthy NO MATTER what you are craving and you and your BABY will be just fine. If you gain it in a healthy way then it will come off easyer.
eat very heathy and exercise but take it ease on the exercise
Surely you can not mean that only 15lbs was gained through-out the whole entire pregnancy? And if that is what you mean then are you sure that you have got that rite?
Apparently this is possible, specially with the first child and - as you said - being overweight in the first place.
