I remember when my friend who was working as a pole dancer was working and as she straightened up after a very low splits she did the loudest vaginal fart ever and several of the men watching alomost dropped their beers in shock. She went so red with embarassment but, bless her, carried on the act to the end. She cried when I gave her a lift home later but after a few days saw the funny side.
Personally I have never done a vaginal fart in any kind of embarassing situation.
